"The Challenge of creating and designing from wood is a rewarding and fulfilling experience to me. Woodworking has not only been my livelihood, receiving my degrees from the University of Northern Iowa and my masters in Industrial Arts from Iowa State University, but a hobby as well, for over 30 years. Sharing the magnificence of the beauty of wood, in the wonders of nature, by incorporating a design is the challenge created by each individual piece of wood. I hope my love of wood is reflected in what I create and inspires people to appreciate and enjoy the outcome of my creations."
